Al Bawader is the first investment fund focused on the Minority sectors in Israel, including the Israeli Arab private sector.

Al Bawader (Arabic for "early signs" or "buds") is sponsored by the Israeli Government and was initiated by it, aiming to promote the advancement of the minority sectors and serve as a bridge between entrepreneurs and investors.

The Arab private sector has strong ties and the capability to deliver high value products to the expanding markets of the Middle East and the Arab world. Equally important, the Arab private sector can leverage its access to Israel's highly developed and export driven economy and infrastructure..

Chemi Peres and Rami Kalish serve as Chairmen of the Fund and its Investment Committee, and together with Zeev Binman are members of the Board of Directors of Al Bawader.

Dr. Jimmy Levy and Mr. Habib Hazzan are Managing General Partners and Co-founders of the fund.
