Salary Survey

 

Our hands-on approach is practiced daily at our HR Department.

We believe that employees are the most important asset of our portfolio companies, thus conduct an annual Salary Survey that enables our companies to make sure they're up to date with the market, salaries and compensation plans.

A few excerpts from 2010 Survey:

The 2010 employment market was characterized by phasing out of the 2009 financial crisis but with relatively careful actions which were characterized by taking specific measures.

  • Over 90% of the companies recruited employees in 2010
  • More than 50% of the companies that reduced salaries in 2009 due to the global financial crisis returned employees’ salaries to pre-reduction levels.

  • Engineers salaries: there’s a slight increase in Software Engineer’s salaries and slight decrease in Hardware Engineer’s salaries.
